Hills is a graduate of the prestigious California Culinary Academy, but her passion for wholesome cuisine started earlier in her youth. As a child, Hills was eager to learn how to grow her own abundance of vegetables and aromatic herbs. Hills' unwavering dedication to the farm-to-table movement stemmed from her upbringing, grandparents' hands-on influence and her experiences across the Northern parts of California, where the impactful movement originated.

A Palo Alto, Calif. native, Hills has worked up and down the expansive and diverse California coast, helming numerous acclaimed restaurants and bistros under her executive chef and chef de cuisine titles.

Before assuming her role as executive chef at The Wellington Steak & Martini Lounge and The Red Door Restaurant & Wine Bar, Hills cooked with and for top chefs including Tyler Florence, Bobby Flay, Cherie Sovia and Fabio Viviani. Hills also worked alongside Scott Lambert, Gordon Ramsay's Sous chef, as executive catering chef at Qualcomm.

An emphasis on visual beauty and magnificent flavors, a deep knowledge of the diversity of products available seasonally and a true devotion to a dynamic, seasonal menu distinguishes Chef Hills as a powerful culinary force to be reckoned with.
