Chef Louis Robinson is the Chef/Owner of SPICE, specializing in innovative pop up restaurants and luxury personal chef work (SpiceFlorida.com). Chef Louis cooks modern Latin-Caribbean cusine with an emphasis on bright, fresh ingredients and eye popping, colorful presentations. Louis hails from the San Francisco Bay Area of California, but has recently brought his culinary excitement to Sarasota FL and the Tampa Bay Area. He and his wife of 11 years, Joan, enjoy mingling with guests at their events, and have a culinary vision that is staggering in its simplicity...to make people happy.
