Harvest of Fall Dinner at Kitchen 4140- Benefit for Toussaint Academy: Showcasing a spectrum of autumnal fare as eight chefs from in and around San Diego gather a a prix fixe dinner event celebrating the changing season and benefiting local youth home Toussaint Academy. Taking place around the communal table in the wine room, Harvest of Fall will begin at 6 p.m. with a social-hour sips and bites as guests mingle throughout the wine room and restaurant’s garden, followed by a seated eight-course dinner served between 7 and 9 p.m. and emceed by radio host Sonic of Energy 103.7 FM. Harvest of Fall’s chefs include chef Kurt Metzger, owner/chef at Kitchen 4140; chef Chad Kilgore, chef partner at Cheffin’ Around; chef Nicolas Bour, executive chef at Humphreys; chef James Montejano, executive chef at La Valencia Hotel; chef Ami Cisneros, executive chef at The Hopping Pig; chef Annalise Brolaski, executive pastry chef of Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub and owner/chef of Sweet Organic Love; chef RoseAna Peyron, executive chef at High Dive; and chef Alex Emery (independent).

Annalise Brolaski graduated from The Art Institute of CA San Diego as the Outstanding Baking & Pastry Graduate of Spring 2014. She has worked in the culinary field for 8 years. She has owned 2 businesses and also does pastry work for special events around the county. 

Annalise is the creator and owner of Cookie DOH!, LLC. Cookie DOH! is a CPG brand that makes a Vegan and Gluten-Free, Edible and Bake-able cookie dough. Annalise and her partner Nick Hart started their cookie dough business in October 2016. They sell the cookie dough at two farmers markets (Leucadia on Sundays 10am-2pm and Carlsbad on Wednesdays 3pm-6pm). Cookie DOH! is also available in 33 local grocery stores throughout San Diego County and Orange County. Cookie DOH! offers all three classic flavors: Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, & Oatmeal Raisin.
