I am a native New Orleanian who is now a transplant in Shreveport, La.  My cooking style is a fusion of creole and Cajun cuisine.  I have work in some of the best restaurants in New Orleans such as Commander's Palace.  My inspiration came from my great grandmother.  She was the best Chef that I ever knew.  My passion for what I do comes through in every plate.  Cooking isn't what I do, it's whole I am.
