My cooking style is a combination of artistic elements of avant-garde epochs in art and using very rare ingredients creating a sense of the unknown, untouchable and incomprehensible. At first sight dish looks confusing and unclear but behind each dish is told story that undoubtedly deepens imagination and the perfection of senses rises to the higher level. Also, what I prefer is to use super-fresh and pure natural ingredients.
