Alain Lemaire

I believe that eating, especially eating out should be all about an experience. Dining shouldn't be just about the physiological need but about the adventure, about bringing all your senses to life. I work on doing all that and much more for each and every guest.

I enjoy fusion cooking. I consider my style pretty much a Caribbean Fusion style: fresh, tropical and sub-tropical ingredients to make some amazing blends. I love tapping into my roots and create twists of the traditional while preserving it's integrity.

The team was a "delight" to have at the Forum for Diaspora Re-integration with the President Michel Martelly. The team was very professional, on time and on point. Their work ethic was outstanding: a lot of class, very knowledgeable and courteous! I will make sure to always use their services for other upcoming events.
