Bitter Brothers Brewing Co. ‘Family Dinner’ Pop-Up No. 2

The second installment of Bitter Brothers “Family Dinner ” Pop-Up series — a beer dinner pairing Bitter Brothers brews with five courses of farm-to-table fare — was held at the brewery’s Bay Ho tasting room on Wednesday, October 19 2016. Prepared by co-owner/brewer Bitter Bill Warnke, BBBC beertender/chef Travis Clifford, plus chefs Melissa Mayer, Steve Brown (Cosecha) and Olivier Bioteau (A.R. Valentien). This edition’s menu took cues from the season, focusing on hearty, comforting dishes inspired by fall. Created using local ingredients each course served to highlight unique flavors and was, of course, complemented by Bitter Brother’s family of beers.
