Seared halibut with kale, blood orange, grapefruit, pistachio, and aleppo.

HALIBUT

METHOD

  1. Heat coals, and place flat rock on embers.
  2. When rock is hot, sear halibut using cocavo oil until desired doneness. 


SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Kale
  • Aleppo
  • Pistachio
  • Grapefruit
  • Blood orange
  • Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Chop kale, supreme citrus, squeeze some juice in salad. Toss with olive oil, toasted pistachios, and aleppo.
