With kale, blood orange, grapefruit, pistachio, and aleppo

- Heat coals, and place flat rock on embers. When rock is hot, sear halibut using cocavo oil until desired doneness.
- Blood orange
- Olive oil
- Chop kale, supreme citrus, squeeze some juice in salad. Toss with olive oil, toasted pistachios, and aleppo.
