The Open Prairie® Natural* Angus team understands the value of openness – it’s our namesake. Now we’re welcoming all U.S.-based chefs to open their kitchens and show off their creative chops.
Selected chefs will be provided Open Prairie Natural Beef flap meat to create a showstopping dish. The top-ranked chef will win an all-inclusive trip for two to The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana.
Spanning over 66,000 acres of ranch land, The Ranch at Rock Creek is a five-star experience, complete with luxury accommodations, spa, dining and on-ranch adventures. Full contest info, including the registration form, is below.
How to participate:
Registration is open until September 18, 2022.
Sample shipment. 25 chefs will be selected to receive a complimentary sample by October 2, 2022.
Dish creation and submission. Competitors will have until October 16, 2022 to create an original dish and post it on their public Instagram account, tagging @openprairienatural, @tysonfoodservice and using #greatwideopencontest
Judging. Judges will review entries and announce winners on or around October 20, 2022.
