Korean Glazed Meatless Meatballs

Asian style noodles and meatless meatballs – soy, sesame, ginger, garlic, chili oil, stir fried noodles and vegetables with teriyaki glazed meatballs.

Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  •  8-12 ea. Gardein Meatless Meatballs
  • 3 ea. Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. Ginger
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 qt. Vegetable stock
  • Korean BBQ spices

METHOD

  1. Saute the ginger and garlic. Add the spices and let toast.
  2. Add the meatballs and saute for 2 minutes on low. Bring heat back up and deglaze with sake.
  3. Add vegetable stock and teriyaki sauce to the pan. Reduce liquid by half.
  4. Stir fry snow peas, red cabbage chopped, and baby bell peppers sliced.
  5. Add soba noodles and saute for 20 seconds.
  6. Add glaze from meatballs and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  7. Top with Gardein Meatless meatballs.

Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 packages Soba noodles (follow package directions)
  • Snow peas
  • Red cabbage
  • Baby bell pepper

METHOD

  1. Stir fry snow peas, red cabbage chopped, and baby bell peppers sliced.
  2. Add soba noodles and saute for 20 seconds.
  3. Add glaze from meatballs and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  4. Top with Gardein Meatless meatballs.
