Euro-Bake Potato Bun

METHOD

  1. Toast in the oven until crisp.

Chive Mayo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup. Mayo
  • 1/2 cup. Miso
  • 1 tbsp Chives

METHOD

  1. Live chives thin and mix.

Burger 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Ground Bison
  • 1/2 Shallot
  • 3 ea Button Mushrooms

METHOD

  1. Mince shallot and mushrooms.
  2. Mix with ground Bison.
  3. Season With Salt and pepper.
  4. Place in toasted Euro-Bake Potato Bun.
  5. Melt Swiss.
  6. Garnish with sautéed onions and shitake mushrooms.
