About
I grew up in NC with a grandma that cooked and baked everything. I started to find my love of baking when I was around 12 years old. I helped my grandma bake all the time. I now am a mother of 3, and 11 years after graduating High School I got the chance to go back to school. I then decided that I wanted to do something I loved so I started my journey to get a baking degree. I enjoy creating not only great tasting cakes and cupcakes but I love to make them look appealing. I enjoy the task of trying to outdo myself from the last time I mad a cake. I believe that I can do anything as long as I can concentrate on what needs to be done and stay organized.
