I have always had a fond love for cooking since I was a young boy. Always helping family prepare and cook because I found it soothing to work with food. As a soldier in the military I pondered what I was going to do with my life and could only come to one conclusion. Do what you love, So when I was discharged I never stopped perusing my life of happiness through cooking for others. I have worked in bars, dinners, and restaurants fine dinning and casual. my love for providing the best experience for the customer will not died out.
