I recently retired from the United States Air Force, and I really wanted to take the opportunity and change gears to do something I really enjoyed. I started at the Arts Institute, San Diego in 2014 and am working on my Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management, along with an Associates in Baking and Pastry. Never having worked in a professional kitchen, I am about to start a new job in the industry with high hopes of learning everything that I can.
