When I was younger my mother would cook food. She always made splendid home cooked meals mostly from scratch. I had never really taken an interest in cooking around that time, but after a few years my father started cooking. He only bought Conventional dinners, and didn't often really cook, he just never had time. Once I got into my last year of highschool I took up cooking classes and fell in love with it, I had a real passion for it and began trying to cook my own dinners at home. After a few months I told my father that I wanted to go to culinary school, and he got me enrolled into Virginia Colleges Culinard program. It was rough, but eventually I got the hang of it and started having a lot of fun. Currently it's been 7 months and my class is about to start externship, I am looking forward to getting out into the world and learning new things and making my dreams blossom.
