We commercially manufacture jellies, jams, sauces, ghee, lemonade, biscuits, crackers, and scones. When Collins competed on season two of MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay, renowned Chef, Ferdinand Metz, one of her audition judges, advised her that no matter what happened in the competition, she needed to get her food into production because it was some of the best he had ever tasted. The company's growing product line is now sold in more than 50 specialty shops from Maine to Hollywood.
