My culinary love didn't start from an early age, in fact
when I was a teen my mom wouldn't let me near the kitchen for fear that I might
burn it down. But I have always loved food from my mom's awesome cooking to my grandmas
amazing meals that come out of nowhere. But where I fell in love with cooking
was my watching my dad cook he was probably the best cook at my house until now
that is. Now my love for art that came from an early age I have always been creative
and knowing this I always knew I wanted to do art so that exactly what I have
been doing, I have learned everything from web design to graphic design to
etching, screen printing, painting and many other forms of art even film and
music. But the one art I hadn't done because I really wasn't interested was
culinary and it wasn't until I was at sea world that I started gaining interest
so I decided that I would look into it and I found a school at the Art Institute
of California San Diego at first I was hesitant to go and with the support of
my wife I pulled that trigger and I haven't looked back since.
