I'm a Malaysian-born, Australian-based former restaurateur who's recognised as Sydney's High Priestess of Malaysian Cuisine. I quit my IT consultancy and took the plunge back in 2001 to start my own food business, and have never looked back. I've been recognised as one of the most influential Asian chefs on social media, with 1.9 million (actual) followers at its peak.I've done everything from market stalls to owning my own restaurant; from selling hot food to producing frozen meals and curry pastes that attracted the attention of big players like Costco, Jones The Grocer and Westfield.I've done television both in Australia and Asia, I've run cooking masterclasses, I've been invited to travel overseas, and I've collaborated with some pretty fantastic brands over the years.
