About
I first started working in the culinary industry when I was 15. I started at a chain restaurant called Ruby Tuesday. They hired me as a bus boy, but I quickly made my way through al the position eventually becoming a pantry line cook. I found a second job during the summer working at a family owned Mexican restaurant. Once again I started as a bus boy and then a server, but quickly went to the BOH. They started me as a fry cook. Once I learned that they moved me to grill then over to salad station. The longer I worked there the more I learned about how to operate a restaurant, and that's what made me want to go to culinary school.
