started young catering in high school with friends, family and old partners. as well as worked for older veterans at the elks lodge on telegraph canyon. from there was motivated to joining the military and serving the country, but after 4 years of hard work and dedication i moved on to my next goal and passion of becoming a chef and really learning the ins and outs of a well ran food operation. graduated with my associated after two years and now pushing towards my bachelors in management. work with a partner and chef Spencer hunter at with his business Hunter Home Kitchen here in San Diego California for more experience and hands on fulfillment in catering industry.
