I don't have a story like most people. I didnt grow up in a restaurant or spend endless hours in a kitchen. After high school i was struggling with finding a path that i wanted to take. I randomly started cooking for friends and family and would hear comments about how good my food is. I started researching the culinary industry, and after about a year of hesitation, doubt, and "what ifs " i decided to get into culinary school. Ive loved every moment and haven't looked back. My journey is only beginning and Im still writing my story....
