Cooking has always been my passion, but I went to college for Industrial Engineering. After two years of working in the industry I realized that I wasn't happy, so I decided to move to New York and attend culinary school.I graduated this year from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park and now I am working for an amazing chef: Gabriel Kreuther. I was lucky enough to do an internship after just two weeks after his opening and I came back after graduation for a full time position.
