When I was in middle school everyone I knew had already decided on their career. I however couldn't find that path. I would spent most of my time watching anime and manga. Then one day I watch this one anime that inspired me to try baking at first it was a mess. But even when I failed or succeed I felt like making more and improving. I started making lots of treats from scratch I would look up videos and recipes and try them out. As I got better I would bring some of the treats I made to school so my friends would give me feedback on the test and texture. They also encourage me to pursue baking as a career. Throughout middle school to High school I started to realized how much I love to baking. Some of my friend would pay me to bake some of my baked goods. I would never have though that thanks to that one anime that I give me the passion to pursue bakingAfter graduating I put a lot of effort into the baking arts. I learned lots of things and even though there was lots of labor I would never trade the experience I've learned
