About
After years in the kitchen discovering healthy foods and creating meals for myself and family, I decided to make it official and head off to Culinary school to become a healthy cuisine chef. My previous career was a systems engineer and secondary math teacher in Plano, Texas. Now that my children are grown, I have time to delve into my "fantasy career " and become a chef. I am excited on where this food journey will take me and look forward to meeting new people that enjoy my passion for food, family, friends and fun!
