One of my earliest memories as a child was sitting in the kitchen watching my mother and grandmother cook our family meals in our kitchen. I remember being fascinated with what they could do with their hands and wanting to always help out.As I grew older, I slowly learned my way around the kitchen and began preparing the family meals. In addition to the daily cookery, I would spend extra time learning through trial and error how to make different cakes, cookies, and pastries being fascinated with all things sweet.
Not very many people have have the opportunity to do what they love every day as a job, and I am forever grateful for the opportunities that I have been granted.
