House-Grown Pink Lemon Infused Gin | Maraschino Liqueur | Creme de Violette

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 parts House-Infused Pink Lemon Gin
  • 1 part Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 part Pink Lemon Juice, freshly pressed
  • 1/4 part Crème de violette
  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix® The Quiet One® blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.


TO ASSEMBLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Blood Orange
  • Pink Lemon, cut into rounds

PLATING METHOD

  1. Place blood orange salt on the rim of a coupe glass.
  2. Pour freshly blended Pink Lemon Aviation into glass.
  3. Garnish with a fresh pink lemon round.
