INGREDIENTS

2 parts House-Infused Pink Lemon Gin
1 part Maraschino Liqueur
1 part Pink Lemon Juice, freshly pressed
1/4 part Crème de violette
Ice

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix® The Quiet One® blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.


TO ASSEMBLE

INGREDIENTS

Blood Orange
Pink Lemon, cut into rounds

PLATING METHOD

  1. Place blood orange salt on the rim of a coupe glass.
  2. Pour freshly blended Pink Lemon Aviation into glass.
  3. Garnish with a fresh pink lemon round.
