Broccoli Top Pesto

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 6 oz. Parmesan, cubed
  • Oil to blend
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • Broccoli florets, shaved (save rest for puree)

METHOD

  1. Follow box instructions.
  2. Cook until al dente.

Gemelli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lbs box Barilla Gemelli

METHOD

  1. Follow box instructions.
  2. Cook until al dente.

Za’atar Croutons

INGREDIENTS

  • Sourdough bread

METHOD

  1. Cube and toss with za’atar spice.
  2. Toast.
