On Tuesday, August 28th 2018, the second annual MISE Conference in Atlanta hosted Chef’s Plate 16, presented by Chef’s Roll.
Chef Alex Hoefer of Wind Creek Wetumpka and Chef Jeremy Swofford of The Farmhouse at Serenbe, went head-to-head for a chance to win incredible prizes and the Chef’s Plate trophy. Each chef cooked and presented an incredible appetizer and entree to a panel of judges and MISE Conference attendees. The Chef’s Plate 16 trophy ultimately went to Chef Jeremy Swofford, while the People’s Choice went to Chef Alex Hoefer.
