Stop 1: Anaheim / Los Angeles / Santa Barbara

We stopped at The Ranch Restaurant & Saloon in Anaheim, CA shooting for Butter of Europe and Fortessa Tableware.

For our new “Find Your Place” series for Brad Metzger Restaurant Solutions we filmed an amazing array of BOH & FOH at Maude, Republique, Spago, 71 Above, Bon Temps, Musso & Frank Grill, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Malibu Beach Inn, Jame Enoteca and the Hotel Californian.

We held an epic Taste of New Zealand event with Chefs in LA.

We filmed 6 mouthwatering dishes for the National Cattleman’s Beef Association with Chef Joseph Johnson of Charcoal Venice.

Stop 2: San Diego

The van launch party at Beefsteak San Diego was lit!

Stop 3: Las Vegas

Chef Brian Howard of Sparrow & Wolf hosted our Te Mana Lamb event.

We filmed Chef Gary LaMorte showcasing sous vide for Cuisine Solutions. 

Yuri Szarzewski of Partage made Butter of Europe shine.

 

Stop 4: Bay Area

Perry Hoffman of the legendary Boonville Hotel delighted us with his creations featuring The Chefs’ Warehouse products.

Chef Sean Streete made a mouthwatering Truffle Tagliatelle using Butter of Europe.

Our dreams came true as we got a tour of the Sterling Caviar Farm in Sacramento.

 

In San Francisco we filmed Chef Matt Accarino at SPQR for our new “Find Your Place” series.
