Competition Rounds
Semi-finals: Six chefs will be divided into three groups of two. They are required to make two courses each: one appetizer and one entrée in the allotted 60 minute time frame. The two courses will be served to a panel of judges who will score them on three areas: creativity, taste and presentation.
Final: The two chefs with the highest scores will advance to the final round to create two courses: one entrée and one dessert. In honor of KAABOO artist Zac Brown Band and their popular song “Chicken Fried”, the theme of the entrée will be a chicken fried recipe sponsored by Mary’s Chickens. The judges will decide who will be crowned KAABOO’s Rock’n Chef.
