Shrimp Oh’ Boy with tabasco hot honey.

Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 part AP flour
- 1 part Rice flour
- 1 part Panko
- 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 ea. Eggs
- 2 tsp. Tabasco
METHOD
- Mix the flour, corn starch, panko and seasoning.
- Whisk the 2 eggs and tabasco.
- Place shrimp into egg and then into breading and fry at 350 F for 20 seconds tops.
Tobasco Hot Honey
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Garlic chips
- 2 tbsp. Onion chips
METHOD
- Add ingredients in a pan on high heat whisking until they come together and sauce heats up (about 1 minute).
Garnish sandwich with a basic remoulade (tabasco added), lettuce, and tomato.
