Chef’s Roll is throwing a Beefsteak, on January 22nd, 2018 at San Diego’s Bread & Salt. An all you can hold Beef & Beer event you won’t want to miss, featuring 8 different cuts of Australia grass-fed beef and one cut of Australian lamb sponsored by True Aussie Beef & Lamb cooked on KUDU Grills.
Featuring the beef master of San Antonio and James Beard “Outstanding Restaurateur” Semifinalist Jason Dady, owner of Jason Dady Restaurant Group; live-fire centric chef and StarChefs Los Angeles Rising Chef 2017 Joe Johnson, Chef de Cuisine at Michelin-starred Chef Josiah Citrin’s Charcoal in Venice, CA; and Top Chef Mexico alum and upcoming Top Chef season 15 contestant Claudette Zepeda-Wilkins, Executive Chef of El Jardín in San Diego, CA.
Invited guests will include 100 Chefs and Culinary professionals from across the country. A limited number of tickets will be sold to the public (keep an eye out), with proceeds sponsoring the 2018 Chef’s Roll Chef’s Cycle Team supporting No Kid Hungry.
