Chef’s Roll hosted an intimate dinner with Arc Cardinal on Wednesday June 20th which was graciously hosted by Equinox with Chef Todd Gray and French Master Chef Gerard Bertholon of CREA and Cuisine Solutions.
Chef’s Roll CEO, Thomas Keslinke was in attendance and welcomed everyone to the magical evening with special cryoconcentrated cocktails, exceptional food and wine.

Chef Todd C. Gray & Ellen Kassoff Gray opened Equinox in 1999 to showcase their shared passion for food and hospitality that truly makes a difference within Washington D.C.’s vibrant culinary community. Gerard Bertholon has served as CREA’s CEO since 2008. He was trained in his native France by three master chefs, and while still young, served as executive chef in top American and French restaurants, including La Panetière in Rye, NY, which he helped earn three stars from The New York Times. As corporate chef and global vice president of sales for Cuisine Solutions, he formed Fiveleaf, a concept that brings some of the world’s greatest chefs into people’s homes. In 2012, Bertholon was named Maitre Cuisinier de France, one of the culinary world’s highest honors. He is also the Chief Strategy Officer at Cuisine Solutions.
