Cabot Creamery cheeses stand out at every competition, they are one of only seven certified B-Corp cheesemakers in the US, and their co-op is proudly owned by farm families throughout New England and upstate NY. If selected, you’ll receive:
Cabot Alpine Cheddar (5lb Loaf): Award-winning cheddar with different starter cultures to give it hints of Parmesan’s sweetness and Swiss’ nuttiness. It gives mac & cheese, grilled cheese and burgers new life.
