IT’S TIME TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL PASTA MONTH WITH CHEF’S ROLL AND BARILLA

This year we’re challenging all US & Canadian chefs to show us your best, most creative pasta dishes for a chance to win custom prestige knives from Meglio Knives.

We’ve got four knives to give away. One for each week in October. Every week you’ll have a new chance to enter, but you MUST submit a new entry each time. NO RE-SUBMISSIONS.

HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:

PRIZE INFO:

Meglio Knives is a San Diego- based custom knife fabricator that uses military-grade tech and materials to fabricate the highest-possible quality knives. Here’s what they’ll be making for us:

Week 1: Paring knife, 3 inch blade made of CTS-XHP super stainless. Removable cocobolo wood handles with torched titanium hardware. Black DLC coated. Value: $225.

Week 2: Santoku, 6.5 inch blade made of CTS-XHP super stainless. Removable cocobolo wood handles with torched titanium hardware. Black DLC coated. Value: $400.

Week 3: Santoku, 6.5 inch blade made of CTS-XHP super stainless. Removeable 10,000 year old ancient bog birch wood handles with torched titanium hardware. Black DLC coated. Value: $425
