HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Registration: Register below for a chance to compete by October 12th.
- Selected Chefs will receive a Loch Duart salmon fillet to use in their dish*.
- Dish Creation & Submission: Competitors who are selected will have from October 17th to November 2nd to create an original dish and upload a high-res photo.
- Judging & Winner Announcement: A panel of judges will review entries. Results will be announced on November 12th.
