One grand prize winner will be chosen to win a trip to Japan, and two runners up will each be awarded $3,000 USD.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
- Registration: Register to compete using the form below by August 27, 2023.
- Dish creation and submission. Competitors who are selected to participate will be notified by September 1, 2023 and will then have until September 24, 2023 to create an original dish and post it on their public Instagram account, tagging @chefsroll and @kikkomanfs and using #InspiredByKikkomanCompetition. Post should include the following:
- At least one high-resolution photo of the dish
- Recipe name and description of the dish
- Judging and Winner Announcement. Judges will review entries and announce the winners on October 1st, 2023 – National Soy Sauce Day!

PRIZES
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected for an all expenses paid trip to Japan.
- Trip includes roundtrip airfare and accommodations for the winner plus one guest.
- Winner will be provided a suggested itinerary from Kikkoman, complete with restaurants, museums, bars and breweries, and other cultural experiences.
Additionally, two Runner Up Prize Winners will be chosen to receive $3,000.00 cash. (Payable as check)
