Reuben sliders with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and sauerkraut on seared King’s Hawaiian slider buns

Russian Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Sriracha ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Pickles, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. Grated yellow onion
- 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
- dash of Paprika
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together and store covered in the refrigerator for a couple hours to allow flavors to blend.
Reuben Sliders
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ea. Bag of pre-sliced Kings Hawaiian slider buns
- tt. Butter
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. Corned beef
- 8 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sear both sides of the buns.
- Place bottom half of buns on a baking tray and cover with half the cheese, 8 slices.
- Layer corned beef on top and add sauerkraut on top.
- Spoon Russian dressing on top of the sauerkraut.
- Top with the last 8 slices of cheese and finish with the top half of the buns.
- Brush melted butter on top of the rolls and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with extra dressing.
