House-Grown Pink Lemon Infused Gin | Maraschino Liqueur | Creme de Violette

INGREDIENTS
- 2 parts House-Infused Pink Lemon Gin
- 1 part Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 part Pink Lemon Juice, freshly pressed
- 1/4 part Crème de violette
- Ice
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a Vitamix® The Quiet One® blender.
- Blend until smooth.
TO ASSEMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- Blood Orange
- Pink Lemon, cut into rounds
PLATING METHOD
- Place blood orange salt on the rim of a coupe glass.
- Pour freshly blended Pink Lemon Aviation into glass.
- Garnish with a fresh pink lemon round.
