Steak and eggs with magical beans.

Steak
INGREDIENTS
- 2-12 oz. NY Strip
- 1 tbsp. Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Season steak on cook to desired temperature.
Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 1 part Pinto beans, soaked overnight (I used about 1 quart)
- 1 part Garlic and onion
- stock to cover (about 1-1 1/2 inch above)
- 1 tbsp. Cholula to finish
- 2 tbsp. Lard to finish
METHOD
- Cook onion, garlic, and beans til beans are just past tender.
- Puree with a stick blender and add lard and cholula to finish.
Garnish with a fried egg and more cholula.
