Roasted Tunisian seasoned Big Banana Plantain Slices from MIC Food with a harissa yogurt sauce and Tunisian flatbread

Plantain Slices
INGREDIENTS
- 16-20 ea. Plantain slices
- 3 tbsp. Tunisian spice blend
- 1 tbsp. Oil
METHOD
- Toss together and roast in the oven at 375f until golden brown.
Yogurt Harissa Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp. Harissa paste or powder
- 1 tbsp. Honey
METHOD
- Whisk into yogurt until emulsified.
- Season to taste
