Smoked Plate Ribs
INGREDIENTS
- Sterling Silver Premium Meats Bone in Plate Ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Beef tallow
METHOD
- Bring the smoker to 250f. Salt and pepper ribs. Place in the smoker and smoke until 190f.
- Remove and cover with beef tallow. Wrap in butcher paper and smoke until 203f and remove.
- Let rest up to 20-30 min before slicing.
