A big thank you to all the Californian Chefs & Cooks who showed us their 2017 food trend predications using MILK as an ingredient or in a perfect pairing. It was great to see such a wide and creative use of MILK, from Matcha Mascarpone Ice Cream to Crispy Milk Braised Rabbit Leg. From the entries, our panel of judges has chosen the Top 12 Semi-Finalists who won a custom Got Milk Chef Spoon. Keep an eye out as we narrow down to the TOP 4 entries who will receive a special Got Milk apron by Lost Car Chef Apparel and ultimately the Champion who will win a KitchenAid Commercial Blender!
