Mango sorbet with flavors of cheesecake.

Sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Simple syrup ( 1 part water, 1 part sugar dissolved)
- 3-4 ea. Mangoes
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp. Lime juice
METHOD
- Blend the ingredients together.
- Push through a sieve.
- Pour into ice cream maker or kitchen aid attachment until frozen.
- Place in freezer for 1-2 hours..
Cheesecake Dots
INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick Cream cheese
- ½ cup Heavy cream
METHOD
- Whip.
Graham Crackers
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 ea. Graham crackers
- ½ stick Butter
METHOD
- Place in food processor and toast.
Garnish with spiralized skin. Wrap around a safe metal cylinder and bake until crispy.
