Kashi granola crusted chicken on a Kings Hawaiian roll with pickle, cheese, and mayo.

Beurre Blanc
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ea. Chicken breast, halved and slightly pounded
- Kashi cereal
- 2 ea. Eggs, whisked
- 1 cup Flour
- Kings Hawaiian roll
- Pickle, for garnish
- Quality cheese
- Mayo or sriracha mayo
METHOD
- Season chicken.
- Dip into flour into egg wash into kashi and fry at 300 F until cooked through.
- Serve on a Kings Hawaiian roll with garnishes.
