On September 19, 2022 Chef’s Roll and the Japan Livestock Products Export Promotion Council hosted an exclusive industry event in London, UK. We were so excited to partner with Japanese Beef to promote one of the world’s most premium culinary products: Japanese Wagyu.
The seminar included an immersive experience of Japanese Wagyu beef including an info session and a fabrication class for various parts of Wagyu beef focusing on round cuts. Attendees also experienced a cooking demo and tasting.
