Ancho Orange Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups SupHerb Farms Ancho Orange to Ready-to-Use-Sauce
- Cake batter pre-mix
METHOD
- Fold in ancho orange puree with cake batter wet ingredients. Bake according to box instructions.
Ancho Orange “Caramel”
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup SupHerb Farms Ancho Orange to Ready-to-Use-Sauce
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 oz. Butter
METHOD
- Cook sugar gently until it starts to caramelize. Add in butter and ancho orange puree and stir/whisk until emulsified. Strain to remove any particles.
- After cake is baked and cooled top with ancho orange caramel. Slice citrus and top cake.
