Congrats to the WINNER of the New Zealand Venison Recipe Contest! 🎉 This competition began with 30 chefs around the country being selected to compete and receive free samples of New Zealand Venison Denver Leg. From there we narrowed down the competitors to 5 outstanding finalists who each received a Chef’s Roll Apparel knife roll with two butcher blades from Mercer. We’re now excited to announce Chef Justin Grimm as our Grand Prize Winner who will be taking home a Traeger Pro 780 Wifi Pellet Grill! Congrats, Chef!
