Fish & Chips with Sweet Potato Fries

A twist on fish and chips by battering his fish in plantain masa and pairing with United Flavors® Sweet Potato Fries from MIC Food topped with vinegar powder.⁠.

Plantain Masa Battered Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • Light beer (enough to make pancake batter consistency)
  • 2 cups Plantain masa or flour
  • 2-3 pieces Cod

METHOD

  1. Preheat oil to 350f.
  2. Batter and fry fish until golden brown and cooked through.

Vinegar Dusted Sweet Potato Fries

INGREDIENTS

  • United Flavors® Sweet Potato Fries
  • Vinegar powder

METHOD

  1. Fry at 350f until crispy and toss in the vinegar powder and salt to taste.
