Free Industry Japanese Wagyu Events in NYC and Chicago – February 2024

Chef’s Roll invited chefs, butchers, and other culinary operators based on New York City or Chicago to register for a free spot at these exclusive Japanese Wagyu culinary events.

New York – February 7th, 2024 – Wagyu Seminar

At 5pm at the legendary Carnegie Hall, attendees experienced an exclusive Japanese Wagyu culinary demo and tasting. We leveled up knowledge of one of the planet’s most premium ingredients.

Chicago – February 19th, 2024 – Wagyu Happy Hour

2pm-6pm at Nisos Prime. We joined chef Don Walker and his team in tasting 3 delicious wagyu dishes, along with complimentary beer and wine. It was a can’t-miss event for local chefs, butchers and restaurateurs.
